abs: Absolute Body Symmetry, an environmentally conscious, neighborhood gym located in the East Atlanta Village area of Metro Atlanta, Georgia.

We are a laid-back, no stress, regular people kind of gym. We have all the gym stuff you are looking for, treadmills, free weights, machines, ellipticals, etc. What we don't have, is that competitive, pretentious, "I'm cool because I can bench press more than you" attitude.

Our goal is simply to provide the place that will help you become a stronger, healthier version of you. Want trainers…we got em’. Want nutrition advice? Can do. We understand that the only person you are competing against is yourself. And that is what you can be here, yourself for there are no over-the-top muscle pushin spandex wearing types here.
